Edit or Delete a Role Group

Prerequisites

  • An administrator account for the site. Administrators have full permissions to the specific site.
Note: All roles must be removed from the role group before it can be deleted.

Steps

  1. Go to Admin > Security Roles.

  2. In the role list, choose the role group from the Filter by Role Group dropdown.

    • The role list is updated to show only the roles in the selected role group.
    • A pencil icon and a trash icon appear to the right of the Filter by Role Group dropdown.

  3. Modify the role group.
    • To edit the role group, click/tap the pencil icon.
    • To delete the role group, click/tap the trash icon.
